ELIS ANGER MANAGEMENT    Our Anger Management course model focuses on four areas namely:  Communications, Anger Management, Stress and emotional Intelligence. This Anger Management course is designed to teach skills in Self-Control, Self-Awareness, Social Awareness and Relationship Management.  Anger Management is an emotional intelligence skill enhancement course which teaches new coping skill so that an individual can change unacceptable behavioral patterns. This site has been designed to help people of all ages and backgrounds deal with anger and stress better using proven tools designed by George Anderson of Anderson & Anderson. I have helped hundreds of people improve their relationships at home, at work, at school and in general.
			Online Classes
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, and the fact that sometimes it may be difficult to find a class near one's location that will serve your need, our classes will now be offered online, via Zoom. To register, email us at Elis4us@gmail.com, or you may contact us at 909-713-4077, or Dr. Akponye directly at 909-708-6615.
If you are court mandated, or have approval to take an online class for Anger Management, ELIS is here for you. Our online programs teach the same set of skills as we do in our in-person classes. Class duration will depend on the length requested by the judge or probation, but typical requirements tend to be for either 10, 12, 16, 26 or 52 classes.
All participants will receive progress reports as needed, and a "Certificate of Completion" at the end of the client’s program. All classes are open ended and participants can begin at any time! Our regular group schedule is held on Saturdays from 8:00 AM 10:00 AM. Individual sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Times are flexible for both the clients and instructor.
